We are actively seeking a new Treasurer to take over from Simon when he stands down at the end of this season.  If you would like to find out what the role entails please contact either the Treasurer, Secretary or Chairman on one of the numbers listed in the rulebook.  The sooner we find a deputy the longer he/she will have to work alongside our existing Treasurer so all volunteers from the membership are welcome.

Our annual winter newsletter and renewal form was emailed out to members in mid January and paper copies were posted to everyone who sent an extra stamped self addressed envelope to the membership secretary when they joined.  For those who missed it here is a MAS News32 Jan 2019 pdf version.

If you didn’t write your email address on your 2016-17 application/renewal form you might not have seen our January 2018 winter newsletter in which case here it is: MASNews31 Jan 2018 Web Version.  Members who sent an extra stamped self addressed envelope to the membership secretary should receive their copy in the post by the end of this week.

The winter 2016 newsletter is now out.  If you wrote an email address on your application form when you joined a pdf of the newsletter has already been emailed to you, otherwise a paper copy is on its way to you in the post.  This is the last time that a paper copy will automatically be posted out to members without an email address so if you would still like to continue to receive a paper copy please send the membership secretary 2 stamped self addressed envelopes when you rejoin.
