Fishing Open Day on Sunday 12th July – Everybody Welcome

Whether you are an experienced angler but not a MAS member or just fancy coming along to see what fishing is all about join us on Sunday 12th July at one of our most popular venues. MAS members will be on hand to give advice on match, pleasure and carp fishing. Everyone is welcome whatever your age; juniors (accompanied by an adult), adults, pensioners, families especially welcome. Bring your gear and fish for free, if you haven’t got a rod a limited number will be available for you to try.

Anyone who picks up an application form on the day and joins within 14 days gets a generous 20% discount on any of our membership categories.

The venue is ‘Bog Grove’ (don’t worry it’s much nicer than the name suggests) which has a great head of carp to around 20lbs, crucian carp, tench and rudd. We’ll start at 1000 and finish at 1700, just turn up at a time that suits you.
